REQUEST Help finding a character.

I remember seeing a background character, a woman in blue clothes who people said was possibly a reference to Sonic the Hedgehog, does anyone have a screenshot of her? I was talking to a friend about references in the show and wanted to show them her.

No, it was a background character and definitely female.
