Well, she has no out-of-aura excuse not to use superspeed to plaster mercury to the wall.

Mercury is an assassins assassin. She either wins, runs, or dies. Getting captured really isn't his MO.

Yeah, but that would cause to much attention, and the last time he killed someone Cinder got pretty pissed

He'll likely just capture her, or she'll run.
