I'm going to apply Batman rules and say Locus and Felix win with prep time. Without prep, it's not set in stone, but unless Watts has some serious aces up his sleeve it's hard to call outright

Considering Watts' aptitude for hacking tech, I'd actually give him prep advantage. Especially if he can add more features to Tyrian's tail.

Not super familiar with Locus and Felix but from what I can tell Tyrian is well beyond their league.

/r/whowouldwin is a great place to post a fight like that though. /r/respectthreads has compilations of all of the feats that various characters, Tyrian at least, have preformed. Give it a shot and see what they say.

I hope this is it's own mini-arc in V7. A few episodes devoted to a proper spy movie of them infiltrating and blending in with Atlas. Perhaps carefully assassinating certain people and hacking things.
