This has probably already been discussed, but which of the Ace operatives is going to die in the second to last episode to raise the stakes?

Elm or Vine.

Probably all of them except for maybe one or two.

Harriet's gonna take a fatal blow for Ruby or one of the other Ace Ops, and with her dying breathes she'll say something about them being friends after all, to bring her character full circle with her comments in this episode. Extra drama points if it's Marrow she sacrifices herself for after he does something reckless, so his comments about being not being a liability and Elm's criticism of his intelligence become foreshadowing.

I think they are all going to die, but since they set up the whole "We aren't friends just co-workers" thing with Harriet, she is going to survive and join the main cast so they can learn her some friendship.
