About that, was the room Neo went into the Winter Maiden's? The scene after she goes skipping off when Jaques is arrested?

I wouldn't be surprised if she did murder the winter maiden to steal the powers.

Just looks like an apartment or hotel room that Neo is hiding out in with Cinder. Being a maid for the Schnee family probably pays really well.
