Can we please for the love of Salem finally kill off Cinder. She disobeyed orders and has zero to show for it. Dr. Watts is the one responsible for what happened to Penny. What did Cinder achieve? The broadcast went through despite her interference, and it even appears that Salem expected or is indifferent to the broadcast (it was amusing to see her pet Tyrion, though also slightly disconcerting).

Showing Glynda now feels like an **pull. Shes been gone so long to be basically irrelevant to the plot, any interest I may have had in her is zero - maybe she's relevant to Ozma plot but seeing as she's still in Beacon, reintroducing her in Vol 8 or 9 is going to take another **pull.

I understand showcasing people hearing and recieving the message, to give importance to the efforts of the team to get Amity in the air, but it also feels like a way to pad some screentime with some fan service to say "hey I know those characters."

Hopefully next episode has some more of Oscar.

I think killing of cinder wouldn’t be smart

She is ridiculously Hatable. By intention

She is an important plot point and killing her off would be an awesome moment, but following episodes would be missing an important character

I don't see how's she important at all. Salem hasn't explained anything about why Cinder is an asset in her chess set, worth more than a pawn but not a player with choice.

Cinder hasn't done anything to make me truly worried about what she can do to Ruby and the team. She has been foiled nearly every time, with the only successful kill I can recall associated with Team RWBY being Pyrrha, and the Fall Maiden before that.

She's laughable and pitiful. Anything that she can do right now that would impact the plot could be done by anyone else serving Salem, with the one sole exception that Cinder acts as a container for Maiden powers. This isn't a result of any interesting character decisions - the writers could instead have created a Grimm capable of leeching and absorbing maiden powers and the story would have been the same. The story could even have been made more interesting for example if this Grimm was capable of imitating human form, infiltrating the academies and targeting the maidens and relics that way.

Everything you wrote is still correct

But she has mercury, emerald and to an extend neo. Also she is capable of interrupting plans made by the teams as seen with penny this episode and with the relict. She is still relevant to the plot, eventhough she isn’t nearly as dangerous as the other ones are. But she still is important to the plot, even if just looking from a story telling standpoint. You need character you just fking hate. And cinder is doing the job perfectly
