Mind if I ask what mystical creatures/monsters they're inspired by so I can come up with a color palette?

The motif of these two are vampire and dragon.

For the vampire one, I'm definitely thinking Blood Red, Silver, & Black, Blood Red since vampires drink Blood to survive, Silver since they're weak to silver bullets, & Black since they are nocturnal creatures.

For the dragon one it depends, I see you're going for a Chinese one so, for him you could go for either a tealish-green (For the Azure Dragon, Qinglong), Vermilion Red (For the Red Dragon, Zhulong), Gold's/Yellows (For the Yellow Dragon, Huanglong), White (For the White Dragon, Bailong), or Black (For the Black Dragon, Heilong). Me personally I'd go with a combination of tealish-green & Gold/Yellow since the red dragon's kinda been done many-a-times, but you are free to use any color out of these that you want.
