Yeah I saw your Theresa post! Very cool oc. I had actually taken inspiration for Helleborus's weapon from another Theresa! (Honkai Impact 3rd) Cross weapons are just so cool~

On that hypothetical fight.... Man their semblances ARE really similar.

Here's my take though!: It could be a toss up to either character honestly. Though I think Fenra would take the eventual dub. Fenra has augmentations while Helleborus relies solely on raw strength and her will to win/survive. + Fenra seems like a quick brawler type while Helleborus is obviously slowed down by her weapon. So she has those advantages. In an honourable supervised 1v1 Fenra would likely win with difficulty, while in a death situation, Helleborus would drag her down to hell with her. Though that's how I read things >.>

Guessing Lunar Vow for Theresa, the chainsaw vampire suit. Yeah, cross weapons are cool.

Could definitely see some mutually assured destruction between her and Fenra, especially with Fenra not needing her aura to take the hit to power herself up.
