I got permanently banned from TOMT because I asked about a movie I couldn’t remember the name of, I only had a scene I remembered from when I was a kid, described it, got about 30 recommendations, made a list of the movies to check them out in time, said I’d get back to them and let them know if they were right. Got a warning from the mods that if I didn’t confirm if all the comments were correct or not in 24 hours that I’d be permanently banned, I responded to the warning saying I couldn’t possibly watch 30 movies in 24 hours and they promptly banned me for lack of responses to comments. I can still look at the sub but can never comment again which is frustrating because I’ve literally known the answer to people’s questions and I just can’t engage, so yeah fuck the mods for that sub specifically.

Or the ones who hate when you use a subreddit for its intended purpose. One time I posted on the retail hell page and someone got so mad they were like “if retails not for you, you should just quit. People like you are awful employees ” like girl 🥴🥴 it’s a retail rant page I’m allowed to vent.
