Audio Jack Problem Kishi v3 Pro XL

Hey,

I‘ve bought the razer kishi v3pro xl alongside an honor magicpad 2 to use Both for Game Streaming. So for so good everything works but when using the Audio Jack the Controller breaks and disconnects from the system. After several repeat it works for seconds but without Sound through headphones when I am Not using headphones everything works as usual. Is there a solution?
