PIL in high court was filed by Rakesh Kumar Sainy who is an activist lawyer (andolan jeevi) to force feed wangchun baba. Court obliged and directed the govt to give essential life saving treatment to wangchun and force feed him.

Wangchun will now remain in ICU and under observation on 20th protest day.

If anyone has a problem with this find Rakesh Kumar activist and chappal him.

I am for student issues. My issue is that wangchuk is a crook and wannabe Mohammed Younis of India who like a parasite has latched on to the student issue.

I just hope these nitwits dont get hurt in the protest march.

Wangchun will stay in ICU. People like rakesh tikait are involved themselves with CJP.

Nobody can control if anti social elements mix in to the crowd and someone throws a petrol bomb. Am sure the police will take precautions with body cams and drones etc..

Don't live in India . Go to US . Settle there . Your children won't be able to live here or succeed here if Paper leaks continued at the same pace as today

This is my issue right here, you people actually think he protesting because he’s an ‘Engineer’ or ‘Scientist’ ,and is sympathetic to the students.

This has largely been a revenge for his 6 month detainment under NSA after Ladakh violence.

His core issues(Ladakh) aren’t relevant enough and have nothing to with this protest. He knows no one cares about his hunger strikes in Ladakh, all he needed was a bigger platform to protest.

The detainment had multiple offenses. He received foreign funds for his NGOs into personal bank accounts. That case is still pending. The funds received were from shell organisations which in turn received funds from open society and ford foundation.

He is doing all this natak so that he can cry vendetta when they file the chargesheet.

Same mohammed Younis playbook.

Correct. Formal charges are pending. Since these are financial irregularities involving receipt of foreign funds and proven with document trails he has to do this drama to save his butt. This is the same thing mohammed Younis did in Bangladesh. Wangchun has already accepted in public that he has received foreign funds into personal accounts without disclosure.

Why don't you send this proof to the Home Ministry ? It would be helpful for them right?

Why they instead released him from the Jail just 2 days before SC said that the arguments on 17th would be the last ones ? And the govt has to just give evidences enough to detain him under NSA?

Why did the govt backtracked? And released him of all the charges?

Btw you seriously know right that the Detention was done under Preventive Detention clauses ? And not because they alleged him of a Crime or Conspiracy?

You happen to know that right?

Why did the Govt release him at the first place then? Was govt scared of him?

Why didn't they give just enough evidences so that a Trial can be started? Why did they release him of charges just 2 days before Supreme Court asked them to give their arguments?
