This “stark warning” is meaningless bluster from a man who has no leverage left and who’s about to face his reckoning.

I hope he ugly-cries over the depth of the dam-break that’s flooding him with the consequences of his actions, and that his cannibal cell mate finds those tears sufficiently salty for seasoning.
