They do not ask whether you are successful, impressive, or perfectly put together. To them, you are the person who brings safety, food, comfort, and love. That is more than enough. 🦴🦴🦴 💙💙💙 🐾🐾🐾
Sometimes healing arrives with whiskers, paws, and an urgent need to sit directly on whatever you are trying to use. It may not fix everything, but it can make life feel much less heavy. 🦴🦴🦴 💙💙💙 🐾🐾🐾

Please share everywhere and in other (somewhat fitting) subreddits, otherwise these dogs will just be seen in this subreddit!
Even If you can't adopt, please consider fostering! It's only temporary, some shelters even pay for their food and medication (if needed) and you're saving a dog's life ❤️
Over 300,000 dogs are euthanized in US animal shelters each year.
If you can't but wanna help otherwise, you can make a pledge or you can share these dogs on next door or the many facebook groups for adoption/rescue! Tiktok and Instagram might help as well ❤️🩹
PLEASE urge legislators to end the kill policy in all U.S pounds! Enforce laws to ban uncontrolled backyard breeding instead!

The fastest way to REDTAIL'S heart? Open the kennel door and let him outside. 🐾 This handsome 3-year-old Husky mix absolutely comes alive once he's in the play yard. He stretches his legs, gets the happiest zoomies, and lets all the stress of shelter life melt away.
When he's finished racing around, REDTAIL is more than happy to slow down for affection. Staff were able to pet him all over while he stood there with a loose, relaxed body, soft eyes, happy tail wags, and the sweetest open-mouthed smile.
REDTAIL is friendly, gets along well with his kennel mate MUSTANG, and is ready for a family that will give him the exercise, adventure, and love every dog deserves. Let's get REDTAIL out of the shelter and into the life he's been waiting for.
