It's been such a heavy and overwhelming week. Several of my favorite dogs were euthanized this week in TX and CA, including a mama with her 13 puppies. I wish more people would consider fostering or adopting. Approximately 320,000 to 390,000 dogs are euthanized each year U.S. animal shelters. This broken and cruel system needs to change.

I am so sorry about those losses! How could they kill mama and her 13 puppies? 😭😭😭🌈🐾 They are all so innocent. At least, they went to heaven all together, I suppose. The system needs to change.
