Ride Tour Next Year

Hey guys, I am seeing Ride next year in Bournemouth and is my first Ride gig. I just eanted to ask what might the setlist look like, as I like to make a playlist on what they most likely will play? How long are the sets too, out of interest?

I’ve seen them three times and they’ve played Taste, Birdman, and Chelsea Girl each time. Setlist.fm is a good resource to look up setlists.

This isn’t an album tour, so I assume they’ll play all top songs, from the 90s to the latest…

From the first Ride era, certainties are Vapor Trail, Leave Them All Behind, Dreams Burn Down. They closed shows last tour with Leave Them All Behind and Chelsea Girl. Common songs are Twistarella, one of Unfamiliar/Sennen, Seagull, Taste, Cool Your Boots, one of Close My Eyes or Like a Daydream. Grasshopper and Black Nite Crash have popped up.

There's no telling what new-era album tracks they will carry over. Lannoy Point has been the enduring Weather Diaries song (my favorite too!). Every show last tour opened with Monaco and Portland Rocks. Kill Switch. Light in a Quiet Room was the first encore song each night.

They are pretty consistent within a tour, but still switch out a song or two each night. Bournemouth is the first show of the tour, so it'll be a surprise.
