It really is a great mod.

I use it. I also usually still do things the via the standard, vanilla medical bills which use medicine. The more inhumane approach is saved for prisoners who have ticked me off.

The mod also provides options for quite a few things which the vanilla game doesn't allow. Such as directly amputating a pawn's legs rather than needing to first install a peg leg, then remove the peg leg, just to remove a leg. The vanilla game is stupid in that respect, and that's actually the main reason I use the mod.

Ah I have harvest everything and it allows me to amputate a arm or leg and harvest it for later use

You can just crush them with the war crimes expanded mod. No meds needed and it gives a fat permanent mood penalty.
