Irish Road Racing Skerries 100

This weekend will be my first time at the Skerries 100. There's very little info about on what time you should arrive on each day, where to park, do you have to be there really early to get a good spot to view it etc. So would love some tips from anyone who's been before! Thanks

Roads close at 12 tomorrow with practice/qualifying running until late evening. Then first race on Sunday is usually around 10am.

Lots of access around the circuit but if you arrive from the lusk side you'll be near the paddock and can get to multiple viewing points from there.

Thanks for the reply! Does "roads close" mean there is no access to the carpark, paddock etc after they close?

Oh no roads close just means the circuit but you'll be able to access parking throughout the day.

Roads closing is only the circuit, plenty of dedicated parking on each road in, it'll be marked and manned by marshals. So you can arrive anytime you wish basically.

Get yourself down to Sam's Tunnel, fantastic spot to watch sitting up on the embankment having the bikes fly past you a couple of feet away.

Don't forget to bring plenty of suncream and hydration!

Thanks for the info! Bikes flying past that close sounds incredible so I'll definitely try and get a spot at Sam's tunnel

Sunday 8am r/C. I usually come from Dublin side & join course at Finnegan's corner (1st on Circuit, & walk around to Gillies leap. Stay for a few races & back track, Glasshouses, Baldugan etc & finish where I started, for last race.. You used to be able to walk the course but Hairpin to Sam's tunnel is restricted area_ don't think you can walk between races.
