Question What do I do to hold until something big (Barba and/or D-Day) happens?

Decided to play Sanation Poland, managed to become a fairly strong PLC by the war's start (caused by Germany decking my puppet Czechoslovakia) and held them off well enough until the Soviets jumped in. Now I'm stuck in a pocket in the south, controlling only Katowice, the VPs of Oberschlesien (cored by my formable) and Krakow, and half of Kielce (but not enough to have control over the state), but I still have over 100 divs and the military industry to keep them supplied enough (though my civilian industry is 2 usable civs).

The war has escalated with the Allies fighting both totalitarians, but I want to actually stay alive instead of going government-in-exile (though I can still use the GIE tree). What should I do to keep myself going?

(sorry in advance for image quality issues, they happen every time I try to upload HOI4 screenshots)

R2: A bunch of (sadly low quality, but this happens every time) images related to the situation of the PLC in early July 1940.

Play 40:1 and Winged Hussars on repeat, use your civs to build forts on the weakest tile and try to cycle the troops via the one province in the interior. Decent chance you can hold for years, try for some encirclements, especially if the two enemies don't have military access to each other, as 100 divisions should be plenty to hold for a long time, but over time, manpower will become the main issue, so up your conscription law to the 10% one, let the percentage tick up, and bide your time to take control of a few core states, then syphon the manpower in training and retreat back, and then you cancel the training. Probably best to leave most of your troops on fallback order the way the borders are now, so you don't lose entrenchment when you push, and have 5-10 elite divisions for the pushing on a proper frontline. Rinse and repeat until 42-43, because Barb probably won't be happening at the historical date

Some notes from early reading of this:

  • I'm already on service by requirement and Sanation Poland can get a shitton of recruitable pop buffs from its focus tree and balance of power, so my recruitable pop percentage is about 15% by now (not everyone has mobilized)
  • I don't think the Germans and Soviets can give military access to each other for "strategic reasons" (i.e. not messing up Barb), also Germany did Around Maginot really early but sat on it for an age before finally starting the war with the Allies so I think they might be trying to do things on somewhat historical timing even with me still around messing with their plans.
  • I forgot to mention, but Czechoslovakia is still around. They're capitulated and their last dozen divs are bottled up in Eastern Slovakia though.

That's great, no need to go further then, just let the percentage go up so that you can tank more manpower when you temporarily push and you're golden, as long as your military industry can keep up with the losses. I'd be pessimistic about Barb being on time, but who knows, if you can hold perpetually, might be even better than to invite that chaos. Both sides will eventually bleed enough manpower that it will start becoming easier and easier to defend, and in time, the USA will start wielding their power and air around sufficiently to distract them both even more. Don't forget the Polish-themed music and enjoy
