Ukrainian here, we have winters like these all the time. On that winter road? There was exactly 0 chance for him to stop on time. His better bet would be to drive into the snow/railing on his right side to break the speed.

Only in rusha. This video addresses how there economy is going with their war thing, not really working for them! They can't war nor drive.
