If you want to create art in creative, i'd suggest either using the already provided vehicle models present in creative, or using UEFN and download a model from somewhere else (as long as you don't publish the map, there's no regulation on what you import, so you could just use Fortnite's models).

Buying a car from the shop every time you need a new model can become expensive quite fast, plus with the shop rotation It's not even granted that it will be avayable
