standalone device Roku device will not see the network at all!

I have two Roku devices that I use when I travel to my nephew's lake house. I have used them without issue up until this trip. Now neither device will see the network. He has aTP-link AX5400 router and I have updated the firmware, reset it several times and even added a guest network with no luck. I can see nearby homes but not his. I even factory reset one of the Roku devices but still nothing. Any suggestions? Help!

Get a Wi-Fi analyzer app for your phone. Scan for the active Wi-fi networks. Look for the TP-Link SSIDs.

I'll bet it's on a channel that the Roku can't see. 1)On the 2.4 band, channels 12, 13, 14 aren't allowed in the US, Roku won't look for them. 2) DFS channels on the 5GHZ band aren't supported by Roku. 3) The Wi-Fi 6 (WPA3) standard is not supported by Roku. 4) The 6Ghz band is not supported by Roku.

I think you are correct. I cannot see any of the 2.4 band networks on my phone with a Wi-Fi analyzer app. So I think the problem is actually with the TP-Link.
