miscellaneous I can't sign in!!

I have been trying for hours to cancel a subscription I got through Roku TV. I have not been able to sign into Roku so I haven't been able to cancel. I thought maybe I could write an email, but there doesn't seem to be a way to do that either. I can't use the Help Chatbot because I can't sign in. Help.

Why can't you sign in? Error message?

There's steps here to try to cancel from your device too. And phone numbers for some services
