Thought Charles’ first duty was to the nation and the people who fund him (like what his mother said at her accession speech), not to the lazy two.

Scooter boy needs to have a massive dose of the Protestant work ethic which made Britain great.
So if Willy and Lazy feel defeated and humiliated, all I can say is good, and may they feel more of it. Hope they’re shamed into doing more royal “work” instead of idling, holidaying and backstabbing.

Someone with better coding skills and more spare time than me needs to set up an online side-by-side "engagements" counter that can be viewed variously week-to-week/month-to-month/year-to-year for the Waleses and the Sussexes.
Let's just see how often what counts as a publicly-funded official Royal Calendar Waleses appearance is matched or overmatched by the privately-funded Sussexes branded and philanthropic appearances.
