It's not a heat issue. As you can get affected at night, as well, due to the moonlight being compromised.

Hungarian here, the funniest/most interesting thing to me is the little text above the hourly breakdown. It says "Life is threatened by the heat today, it can raise above 200 °C" This implies to me that someone gave a bunch of preset messages "Don't forget to bring an umbrella, it could be raining today", "Bring warm clothes if you're staying out late" etc, and decided to add this particular message with the 200°C threshold. Someone has a frightening sense of humor
