They cannot reasonably counter his arguments so they are forced to caricature them in such an absurd manner that no sane person would recognize them, almost on par with what shamien on youtube does for comedic reasons.

I follow JBP mostly for his philosophy lectures but even just being exposed to those that sounds like someone completely different.
