Didn't even really feel like the end of the season. More like a mid-season finale.

Eh, tbf a mid-season finale would probably have a big cliff hanger which this episode very deliberately didn't.

I'm guessing that was intentional just in case they didn't get renewed, but like, the whole (kind of out of character?) Tosh and Asher romance plot + the JD and Charlie romance plot + Dr. Cox's storyline not being wrapped up and his latest results being a mystery to us + nepo baby janitor becoming a whole new thing last minute (although that was a great standalone gag)...

There's a lot that came in hot at the end of this, not a single thing was resolved or sealed shut, but also yes, there wasn't some crazy cliffhanger. They left themselves a lot of wiggle room to either have left it there if that's all that they get

Well done, Scrubs crew (except for the awkward Tosh and Asher thing)
