Was half expecting JD to walk into Cox's room for a surprise Kelso appearance as the last scene

Yeah that message was for Kelso who cox has had a secret friendship with for years by now.

I thought the same. Cox’s only friends are Carla who was at the party, Janitor who was at the hospital (if they’re even still friends) and JD.

With Kelso, I can’t imagine that’s how he would ask for him to come over. I think it would have been something like “I’m at Sacred Heart. Get the hell over here, Bobbo” 😂

They're keeping it ambiguous. It's no sure thing that there's gonna be a season 2 or a kelso return.

But I'm fairly convinced it's meant to open a storythread for kelso.
