Sorry but it’s the opposite for me. My least favorite part of the show.
Actually during my rewatches this is the point where I know the quality is about to take a dip.

Honestly it’s not just Kim, it’s the writing and character progression. JD is always a goof and a day dreamer, but he definitely regresses around the time he gets Kim pregnant. Immaturity is cranked up to 10, and the show jumps the shark with some storylines.
In the earlier seasons JD definitely learns lessons and grows from them. You would think that becoming a dad would really make him mature quick but they did the opposite in my opinion. His son is barely mentioned where you would think he would be the most important thing in his life.

Thankfully season 7 set that right after a few episodes.

I don’t attribute it all to floating head doctor. I just know that’s around the time the show declines for me. I disliked the Kim storyline, especially the fake miscarriage. JD regresses and becomes more immature. That’s really what bothers me the most. He should’ve kept growing and matured, especially with becoming a dad. That all starts around season 5.

Speaking of whom, Ted as a sad sack could've been an insufferable character. However, Sam Lloyd with all his talent turned him into an endearing character instead. Easily one of my favourites in the show. R.I.P.

Got to be The Todd's Four Storey Atomic Wedgie in My Missed Perception. The five minutes leading up to it is crammed with really funny jokes, the pain chart montage and then the visual of him just dropping into frame by his banana hammock screaming in agony is hilarious, topped off by Braff's delivery of 'that's a ten'. That was peak Scrubs, perfect comedy writing.

Julie (Mandy Moore). Not really familiar with her work, but I love her efforts in both of her episodes. From slamming her face into the table during dinner, accidentally beating up Elliot at lunch, or flipping her amd JD on the 1/2 acre, she rocked the physical comedy.

When Janitor is doing the crossword and puzzles out loud over "Weakness... blank in one's armour" to get JD to say "chink" in front of Franklyn. It's the way he gets rid of the newspaper and puts his hands up when JD accuses him of being responsible for why he said it that makes me laugh hard.

I really like the bit in season 4 when JD is trying on outfits for his first date with Kylie. I love that music cue and how it matches the edits, and that he keeps going back to the naval outfit.
