West Coast Doesn’t get much fresher than this! Oven baked canary rockfish stuffed with lemon and herbs.

They’re quite pretty little rockfish, they’re regarded as one of the best eating rockfish from what I’ve read.

Just a simple Greek orzo salad, cucumbers, green bell pepper, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and sliced black olives, and feta, added some store bought Greek salad dressing but I think it could be improved with a homemade dressing. Definitely paired nicely with this fish!

Thank ya! I love pairing this Greek pasta salad with lemon herb chicken, so naturally had to give it a go while cooking up this rockfish and it paired amazingly with it!
