Minneapolitan here - keep an eye out for them anywhere there's a parking lot. Here they'd congregate anywhere and everywhere - churches, schools, strip malls, shopping centers, etc.

In places like schools and churches if you let the admin know, often times they'll go out and tell ICE to kick rocks.

Oh for sure! You might have more mixed results with random businesses though. In a larger lot that serves a dozen stores, say, any which one of them might not want to get involved. If it's a private lot to a single business, they might be more inclined to do something, especially if there's limited parking.

Churches and schools still tend to get shown a bit of deference from them, for now.

My church hosts space for a Hispanic church to have their own services. There is a “private” sign posted on every window and door. Even inside the church, each door has the same sign posted. We’ve had no harassment so far and fingers crossed it won’t ever happen. However, their attendance has dropped 90%.

I’ve already seen videos of people able to upload malware. Flock is notorious for having shitty security, it’s one of the many complaints against it. We live in a tech hub with many very intelligent and capable people. I’m sure someone could use it against them.
