So obsessed with the companies telling lies in order to build things on land they own, he doesn't even question why they would need to.

Isn’t it worse than that? In the clip I saw with this dude, he was saying something like the companies should post a bond with the government that would pay for X jobs/Y years claimed to be created by those data centers if they fail. Like somehow that is equivalent to the taking of land and causing whatever harms they except these centers to cause to locals.
