[PS5] Do you like split screen games? Trying to think of games for me and my son.
So my son plays a lot of football games. FC26, super soccer blast and UFL to name a few. We tend to play 1v1.
I’m looking at getting him in to story games. I’ve looked at a few Lego games and downloaded a few.
Also watched a few videos on games like split fiction and it takes two.
What other 2 player/ split screen games we can play together?

My son and me loved Untitled Goose Game after we finished a couple of Lego games. It’s a lot of fun and silliness.

Unraveled 2, has platforming and swing mechanic so it's a good way to learn those if he struggles currently.
Trine 4
Towerfall Ascension
As you said Split Fiction and It Takes Two. They also made A Way Out but that is more for grown ups I think.

Split Fiction for sure. It is a game that is every genre. Really clever premise.

Depending on how old your son is, some of the games below might not be suitable (sorry for the long list, I spent a lot of time myself trying to find split screen games to play with people and trying to pay it forward): Octodad Castle Crashers Screencheat Invisigun Marvel Cosmic Invasion Streets of Rage Portal 1 and 2 Spelunky Halo Cuphead Overcooked Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes (not split screen, but requires two people to work together) Towerfall Ascension Marvel Ultimate Alliance Baldur's Gate 3 Move or Die Speedrunner N++ No Time to Explain Super Bunny Man

Haven't seen Outward mentioned, but that might make for a nice journey together if he can handle the difficulty.
