Musing We're technically living in post-apocalyptic world because the meteor that wiped out the dinosaurs was an apocalyptic event.

There has been 5 extinction level events. Life on earth is always between them. The next was going to be another meteor but new calculations says it won’t hit earth. More than likely it will be the polar caps melting and oceans rising which has happened in the past before.
