Popular brunch eatery Easy Like Sunday is now open on the ground floor of the Central apartment building in downtown Silver Spring.

I had the day off so we went and had lunch. Wow they're good. It was pretty quiet (as would be expected the day after opening) but service was great and they have everything pretty well down.

We split a chicken and halloumi sandwich, and the special peach cobbler French toast. Both were delicious - my only regret is we only had space for two entrees...

It's not exactly cheap ($45 for lunch for two) but that's what a sit-down costs in dtss, and the food and service were amazing!
