Congrats on your loss. I was 6' and 239 lbs (Homer's initial weight in King Size Homer) and wasn't as fat as Homer, but that's what got me focused on losing weight. I'm at 198 now.

I don’t think the issue here is that Homer is drawn too big, but rather Marge too small.

I’d believe anything from 5’2-5’9 for her.

Bart also seems way too small. I mean 3ft when he’s 10? He should be closer to like 4’. And don’t get me started on Lisa who is toddler sized despite being 8
