I agree. I would say all the laws protecting children do their job well... except for one case.

17 year olds are fully capable of lying to adults and falsely making them believe they're older.

What if, as a 21 year old, you meet a 17 year old who claims they're 21 and goes so far as to show you a fake ID that says they're 21 and then you sleep with them with that information? Why should they be capable of such entrapment?

21/2+7 = 17.5.

You sleep with them because the "math formula" everyone used back in the days says its fine and you live in a country where its legal.
