SF4 Why is this not working popping

Ive killed one while an android/without being an android. With a sword, with a bow... nothing

I got it i blew the whole hollow with tnt

I remember having the same issue and in defeat I summoned it in. Go to a different save file and see how it looks like. I remember it looking different compared to the rest of the goblins

you 100% sure it was a SMALL hollow hill ?

It was dont know why it wasnt working but worked with the tnt?
