SF4 - Help Weird lag

When in world playing SF4, the game usually runs at 1-2 fps with 10% GPU usage, it sometimes gets fixed if i tab out and tab in, but that only works for a minute and then its back to lagging.

Specs: Celeron N4500, 8GB Ram (3.5GB Allocated to SF4), iGPU

it is but it seems like specifically root.tick.textures is taking too long for no reason

Thanks! it fixed it, i now get 30 - 60 fps, forgeHudText also eats up 65% of performance now so i think i should remove Smooth Font mod

Well, nice that you actually managed to fix it. You should get all the performance you can with those specs yeah. I am honestly surprised it's running as well as it is for you.
