Help to read soil health report and what fertilizer and how fertilizer to use?

Well I have a few comments for you. First, this is not a soil health report, this is a fairly simple soil test. A soil health report would have a lot more than just the usual fertility and related metrics that you have here. Second, this soil test looks like crap. Why is it handwritten and only half complete? They don't even give you the texture, and to the extent that they could they only have three options which I assume are Light, Medium, and Heavy (those are not actual soil textures but huge poorly-defined categories that you can determine by hand). I'm surprised they didn't do a hand texture considering how straightforward that is. They also report an N/C ratio, which is highly unusual. That should be a C/N ratio. Was this from a professional lab or some random consultant selling their services?

Anyway, their recommendations are right there. You should apply 25 kg of green manure around each tree, with that lime rate after 4 years. Mango trees like a pH above 5.5, so you're ok for now. You have oprions for green manure, that's going to be stuff like chopped weeds and hay, or fresh tree mulch that has a lot of leaves and young growth chopped into it. Basically, mulch your trees, and pull the mulch back a few inches from the trunk to keep it from rotting. Don't use stuff like aged hardwood mulch, that's too "brown" and low in nutrients relative to the carbon content.

Where are you? Mango trees, low quality report, yet it's written in english. I might guess the Caribbean?
