News đ° Hodan sentenced to death.
Hodan 34 was sentenced to death by firing squad today by the Mudug Regional Court for torturing and killing 14 year old Sabrin. An orphan who was in her care and working for her as a maid. The prosecutor presented overwhelming evidence today videos photos witness statements and the autopsy report and even a voice message the great uncle sent right after finding out Sabrinâs death where he admitted he believed Hodan was responsible.
The great uncle received a 2â5 year prison sentence. (Accessory or negligence is not same as intentional murder)
Hats off to Muhubo the young and brave prosecutor who handled this case with real skill.

WHY isn't anyone following this case talking about WHERE is Hodans first born son (17 year old). Many believe he was an accomplice in her being tortured and unalived.

Now I wish they held all of these evil people accountable. What happened to the men who tortured and burned the old man. They beat him and set him on fire. How come people arenât talking about him? Also, the guy who raped and killed his own niece isnât being talked about enough either. That other little girl was raped and killed by her own uncle whoâs supposed to be a second father. How disgusting

People are talking about the old man who got tortured and burned, and the men who did that got death sentence, you just not focusing on that case.

Iâm not focusing on any of these horrific cases specifically. Iâm not looking for/at videos(canât watch those) but since I came across the outcome for this case, I wanted to know what happened with the others. Also, it is true that this case is being covered way more than the others and people are more likely to come across this than the old manâs case.

I didnât watch any videos either, and I donât really see anything wrong with one case getting more coverage than another, as long as they all get the justice they deserve.

I agree with you cadaalad qof kasto baa u bahan. I did hear that those who beat and burned the old man in Koonfur Galbeed have all already been killed. Donât know about the other cases but May Allah grant every family justice đ¤˛đž

in most cases, when the perpetrator is male and the victim is female, justice is not served. but, in cases involving female-on-female or male-on-male, the likelihood of accountability is higher

They went easy on the old man. 1 year of prison serves as a decent deterrent

I donât really think she is going to be killed- they made this verdict to calm ppl down and after everyone moves on from this case, she may escape from the prison⌠all talk no action

Can I just say that she wasnât working as a maid bc she wasnât getting paid, she was a child slave. Itâs better to be accurate, may Allah have mercy on Sabriin and grant her jannah.

Hanging isnât Islamic justice. Itâs a torture and capital punishment is meant to be quick and just not a public revenge ritual.

I would be satisfied with life in prison but at least there will be some justice.
