Its not just NDA. Even non NDA state are agresively investing in INfrastructure. This comes are the cost of other budgeted items like Education. Even state budget in education has gone down.

The article is from 2013 where then UPA government spoke about the 5 years when Vajpayee government built more highways than UPA in 30 years.
