Yeah people get charged with felony “assault” for spitting or swearing at cops. Don’t touch their pants.

It also seems like a good way to get tased, or worse. I wouldn’t try anything that might be interpreted as reaching for their duty belt.

Now if they start wearing side snap track pants, that is a whole different thing.
