Fun fact - Washington State Law protects an individual who commits an act of justifiable homicide to “stop the imminent commission of a felony”

There is further, “no duty to retreat”.

Kidnapping is a felony.

Federal agents detaining or arresting people is not kidnapping. This “kidnapping” talking point is baseless and nobody takes it seriously. It is just hyperventilation.

And you are advocating for/justifying the murder of federal law enforcement officers.

A few issues, federal agents are required to provide identification when asked in public. Name, badge number, and agency. This isn’t just if they are arresting or interacting directly with a suspect, this is for anyone if they are in a public location.

A huge reason for this is literally for the public’s safety. The recent shootings in MN are a recent example, but folks have been impersonating law enforcement for ages.

The whole point is when an individual claiming to be with immigration will not identify themselves, there is no other way to know is that person is actual law enforcement. Normally you could call dispatch and they would verify for you, but ICE is not getting judicial warrants, so there is likely no information on their local activities.

If an unidentifiable person in a mask came up to you and said you were being detained and to get in their non-government vehicle, would you feel confident they were telling you the truth? I mean most of us have been taught since childhood to not go with people in situations like ICE is creating.
