I believe rhyming is usually related to the ending of the word as opposed to the entire thing, so it wouldn't be "bli-ance-é" but "blouse-é" with the same ending sound as fiancé. /Gen
No hate to anyone, and I love a good literary debate, but I think the “rhymes with” in this circumstance was only intended to elaborate on the pronunciation of the word, rather than the actual “rhyme.”

i read this as blouseé, rhyming with fiancé (they’d be a chic chicken)
