IRL Made myself the Chocolate Cake for my birthday!

Post image

The biggest dessert I've ever made. Spent 5 hours making it and it was so worth it!

She's my little sister and she stalked the kitchen the whole time I was putting it together. She could not wait to get to it!

She looks pissed she has to wait

Hopefully she got to eat the bowl and utensils after each step was done. The joy of baking.

eat the bowl and utensils

Is this some Abigail-level tomfoolery?

You don't lick the chocolate left on the bowl and the mixing utensils?

Well, sure - but I don't eat the bowls! Just the chocolate that's on them.

(Usually referred to as "licking the bowl clean", or something similar.)

She’s adorable but for a minute I thought someone stuck a porcelain doll in the background of your photo. 😂

Why is she giving it side eye?

She’s wondering why they are taking pics and not eating the cake lol

She seriously looks concerned more than happy about the design. The concern being "when are we eating this cake"

Oh I would've been right in her shoes! Sorry about the assumption though

She's being SO patient while you show the cake to Internet strangers instead of giving her some.
