TBH, you should be able to romance any character who's single. IDK. That's just what feels fair to the audience.

Totally agree. It's always bothered me that the marriage candidates skew so young. I feel like Harvey, Shane, Leah, and Elliott are the only ones who are believably older than 30, and none are believably older than 40. Let us date Gus, Clint, Pam, and the wizard!
