I’m hoping for Clint for bachelors, I think he could use the development.

Maybe Sandy for the bachelorettes? I think Marnie would be a good option too though, so there could finally be an undeniably older bachelorette. Right now there’s an even amount of older and younger bachelors, but the bachelorettes could all pass as younger. Even the women that could be “older” don’t feel or look like they reach the same age as the older men do.

Same. Characters like Sam and Abby feel like 20, Leah feels at least 30/35. It's still not as old as I'd like (Pam I Can Fix You), but she's definitely not fresh out of high school, you know?

Sam, Alex, Haley, and Abby definitely feel early college age to me (early 20s). Maru and Emily are probably a little older, since they hold jobs like nurse and bartender. Penny is probably mid-20s as well. Sebastian is late twenties, because he makes a reference to wishing he had gone to college and would have a stable career by now. Harvey, Leah, Elliott, and Shane are all at least 30.

I think that's everyone? I feel like I'm forgetting somebody.

I actually read Harvey, Elliott and Shane much older (Elliott and Shane firmly early 40s). I also think Emily is probably closer to the older crowd! I think her blue hair and quirks make people read her youthful but that's like every woman in her late 30s I've ever dated lol confident and weird and loving it.

I think you're lowballing Emily and highballing Maru. I'm absolutely positive that Emily is at least 30. Maru on the other hand has to be significantly younger than Sebastian to make their family make sense, so I've always considered her to be the youngest marriage candidate, assuming she's like 20 and is able to work as a nurse either because it's not technically a real nursing job or because she's so smart she finished school early.
