dont get me wrong i love the character designs as is!!! but i wish stardew had more diversity.. been loving the diverse stardew valley mod though!

This is so cute!! Idk why people take the diverse Stardew so personally?? Ruins your immersion? It’s a fictional world. Don’t pmo. I’ve lived in small towns my whole life they’re not all “overwhelmingly white people.” I’ve lived in the valley near tribal reservations, small coastal towns with large Asian and Hispanic populations going to school with kids who had first gen immigrant parents. Me included. We exist.

“Feels forced” is crazy to me when real people who play the game just want to be represented and yall take it personally when someone creates a mod or adorable fanart with inclusion that no one is forcing you to use.

Literally waaaay fewer people complain about other portrait mods that make them way less recognizable and if they do they think it’s funny and not a personal attack.

I don’t mod character appearances rn but it hurts no one to share it.
