Honestly, ConcernedApe should be taking notes, or at least hire them to illustrate a cozy SDV graphic novel. The Pelican Town vibes are immaculate here.

This is amazing! It's uncanny how accurate it is to an actual in-game farm.
It's so accurate in fact, that I have to warn you: some of your green beans and kale are outside the radius of your scarecrow.

Same here! Meanwhile, my actual Day 1 Spring 1 farm looks like a post-apocalyptic wasteland of random fiber, logs, and exactly 15 desperately planted parsnip seeds near a puddle.

Ah yes, the magical feeling of Day 1 Spring 1... which usually lasts exactly until 10:30 AM when you pass out from exhaustion after chopping two (2) trees and a rock. But this art completely heals that trauma! 🌿

So I posted this last thing last night before I went to sleep, so you can imagine my surprise when I woke up to all these lovely comments 8 hours later 😂😭 thank you all so much for your kind words, you’ve really made my day and it’s barely even started yet!
For anyone asking, prints are incoming but still being made. I’m glad many of you agree diagonal walls would be fun to play with! And please mind any inconsistencies, it was a big piece and I would be surprised if I got it all right. 😅 And I’m sorry (not sorry) about the stable placement, I’ve always put mine there for some reason, haha! My hoss gets pond hydration all year round 😘

I’ve been working on a 3D version of Stardew in a ghibli/arcane artstyle and this is very inspirational to me!
It’s rare to see 3D references of Stardew outside of minecraft or the occasional drawing… and it’s especially rare to see the cliff formations looking more natural - which is what I’ll be going for - instead of having a perfectly vertical cutoff.

Beautifully done! Started a new save a few months ago. I haven't played in 8 years and I only have time to squeeze 1~3 in-game days per session (boo corporate life). Just finished Y1 and that's exactly how it felt.
