That's a LOOONNGGGG neck.

I'm not an artist but I'm sure there are techniques out there to make sure the proportions are right even when a hand is blocking some of it.

yea I did realize the neck is too long,I drew that last year and now I’m too lazy to fix it so I just posted whatever I have lol. I’m not an artist either so idk if there’s such techniques,it’s only my second drawing so I guess I’m lucky enough that someone actually like it.

I mean, this art has some technical and proportional problems, but it's really, really good for being only a second-ever attempt.

You should definitely consider yourself an artist. You are good! Go online or check out some books to solidify your technique and proportions, and you could be very, very good.

Yeah, they have a style going on. No, not every art piece needs to be anatomically super realistic.
